At Aurevia Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns & Replacements
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Product received is defective.
• Wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care and hair care products cannot be returned once opened, used, or tampered with.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified by our support team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's bank account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
