7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund.

What Can Be Returned
Unused products in original packaging. Products that arrived damaged or defective. Wrong product delivered.
Process
How to Return
Email imaginlabs.orders@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will arrange a pickup within 48 hours. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the product.
Not Eligible
What Cannot Be Returned
Products that have been opened and used (unless defective). Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
Full Refund Guaranteed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refund is via bank transfer.
